A series of "НефтеРынок" directories has been published by UPECO since 1997

"НефтеРынок 2000" is the 3rd edition in the line of annual directories dating back to 1997. The first directory of 1997 covered mostly the oil trading issues of Kiev region and Northern Ukraine.

The 2nd edition of "НефтеРынок" directory was published in 1999. It contained reports on nationwide oil trade featuring wholesale and retail businesses for every region of Ukraine. This edition includes the regional maps with oil storage facilities location and descriptive lists of local companies.

In total, "НефтеРынок 1999" holds data on more than 1500 companies. Newly introduced chapters on motor oils trade, gas filling stations construction and operation, etc., have been welcomed by the readers of "НефтеРынок" - 6 thousand copies of the directory have been sold out within two months. A professional edition of high quality, "НефтеРынок" has become a handbook for most oil traders in Ukraine.

One of the basic principles of UPECO policy is constant striving to further improve its products.
